Lease allotment garden
Source: BUS Rheinland-PfalzAn allotment garden is a garden that serves you for non-commercial, horticultural use, in particular for the extraction of horticultural products for your own use, and for recreation. An allotment garden is located in a complex in which several individual gardens with communal facilities, for example paths, play areas and club houses, are combined. Excluded here are owner, employee and apartment gardens or grave land.
For the lease of an allotment garden, the provisions of the Civil Code apply. These regulate that you as a tenant can manage the garden and keep the yields. For this you pay an agreed lease to the lessor. Within the allotment garden, an association statute of the managing allotment garden organization or the allotment garden association regulates, among other things, the rights and obligations of the members.
